2 Music Requirements
Ghost Producer World has built a solid reputation for its commitment to professional quality and high standards – and we plan to keep it that way. We put real effort into handpicking tracks that reflect our values and the level of excellence our platform stands for.
Originality
All submitted works must be 100% original and fully produced by the seller. Works previously sent to artists, labels, DJs, or any third parties are not accepted.
Uploading tracks that have already been shared on other ghost production platforms, websites, or social media is strictly prohibited. To maintain integrity and accuracy in our verification system, collaborations are not allowed.
Quality
Works listed for sale on our platform must meet both technical and commercial standards in terms of quality and structure. Each track should be fully finished, professionally mixed and mastered, and on par with top industry releases and playlists.
⚠️ Platform Rules
- All music sold on GPW must be 100% original and created solely by you. Collaborations, ghost produced tracks that you did not create yourself, remixes, covers, bootlegs, copyrighted samples, MIDI packs, or template-based works are strictly prohibited.
- You can use royalty-free or AI-generated melodic loops and samples in your productions – just keep it creative. Use no more than one melodic loop per sample pack, and clearly list any licensed samples when submitting your track.
- Any content submitted is exclusive and confidential to Ghost Producer World – you may not publish, share, or distribute it anywhere else.
- Violating these terms may lead to a permanent ban and legal action, including compensation for all damages caused to customers or GPW (e.g., reworks, promotions, legal fees, etc.).
- You are personally and legally responsible for any fraudulent or plagiarized work.
3 Upload Information
Name
The name of the work should creatively express and sell the work just like an original song would. We are selling finished, professional works - a strong, original title adds value, while generic, tag-based, or SEO-style names reduce it.
Follow these guidelines:
- Use Title Case.
- Choose an original song-style name, e.g., "Love Reigns".
Do not:
- Mention artists, labels, genres, or dates.
- Use double titles, e.g., "Get Over You (La La La)".
- Use tags or SEO-style names, e.g., "Hard Solid Groove".
- Use ALL CAPS (except for official abbreviations).
Genres
Select up to three genres that best describe your work. The first genre is the main one and may be displayed individually in certain sections, so choose it carefully.
Tags
Sellers can add up to three tags to better describe their works – for example, related labels, DJs, or artists. Tags should be used to describe the style, references, mood, or composition of the work.
Description
Write a short, commercial description of your work. The description must start with a capital letter, not use ALL CAPS, be written in English, and use correct spelling and grammar.
SEO Tips
- Use a clear and original name to increase your chances of being featured in Favorites and Premium.
- Add accurate tags that include relevant keywords such as labels, artists, or mood.
4 Tracks File Requirements
Required files summary
| File | Deliverables | Format | Obligation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Extended Mix | Master and Mixdown | WAV | Required |
| Extended Instrumental | Master and Mixdown | WAV | Conditional * |
| Radio Mix | Master | WAV + MP3 | Optional |
| Stems | Mixdown | ZIP (All WAV) | Required |
| Project File | Full project + audio files | ZIP | Required *** |
| MIDI | All MIDI files | ZIP | Required |
| Art Cover | Artwork | JPG / PNG | Optional |
* Only if the track contains vocals (even a short cut or sample).
*** Selling is optional, uploading for verification is mandatory.
1. Extended Mix Required
The main, full-length version of the track, designed for DJ sets. For four-on-the-floor genres, an intro and outro are mandatory. Deliver a remastered WAV 44.1 kHz / 24-bit and an MP3 320 kbps.
- Integrated loudness between -9 and -2 LUFS.
- Master true peak between 0 dB and -0.3 dB.
2. Extended Instrumental Conditional *
Only needed if the track contains vocals — even a short cut, an ad-lib or a brief sample, buyers prefer a separate instrumental. Deliver a mastered WAV 44.1 kHz / 24-bit.
- Integrated loudness between -9 and -2 LUFS.
- Master true peak between 0 dB and -0.3 dB.
3. Extended Mixdown Required
The non-remastered WAV 44.1 kHz / 24-bit for every extended version of the track.
- No plugins on the master output channel.
- All non-mastered mixdowns must share the same true peak level.
- That peak must be between -3 and -6 dB.
4. Radio Mix Optional
A shorter radio-edit version. Deliver a mastered WAV 44.1 kHz / 24-bit and an MP3 320 kbps.
- Integrated loudness between -9 and -2 LUFS.
- Master true peak between 0 dB and -0.3 dB.
5. MIDI Required
Include MIDI files for every melodic element used (bass, lead, pad, arpeggiator, synth, etc.). Name each file clearly — e.g. Arp.mid, Lead.mid, Bass.mid.
6. Stems Required
Non-mastered, multitrack WAV 44.1 kHz / 24-bit stems, packed in a ZIP.
- Disable all plugins on the master channel when exporting.
- Render each stem for the full length of the track.
- No empty stems.
- Name each stem correctly — e.g. Kick.wav, Lead.wav, Bass.wav, HiHat1.wav, HiHat2.wav.
Always check your stems before uploading. After exporting, load them into a fresh project in your DAW: playing all stems together must sound identical to the non-mastered mixdown, with a master output level between -3 and -6 dB. Volume mismatch and incorrect stem exports are the most common mistakes — review your work before submitting.
7. Project File Required ***
The complete original production project of the Extended Mix, with every element and setting. Supported DAWs: Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Studio One, Cubase.
⚠️ Important
Never add any contact details or personal information to the packaged files — including ID3 tags, the project file, metadata or file names. The package must contain only the files listed above.
Example upload
Here is how a correctly prepared upload should look:
GPW Uploader
If you prefer, use our uploader app: just drag your folder into the app (without the MP3 files). The app uploads everything and automatically generates the required MP3 files for you.

5 Creation Process
100% original only
Ghost Producer World accepts only tracks with 100% original melodies — composed from scratch, with no ready-made melodic samples. Our A&R team reviews every submission and rejects anything built on ready-made melodic samples. This is what lets us promise buyers a catalog of genuinely original music.
Vocal type
If your track contains vocals, you must clarify its origin:
- Non-exclusive: E.g., Splice or Loopcloud. Must include sample pack name and vendor license.
- Exclusive: You are the author, or you have a signed contract/license from a third-party vocalist granting full commercial rights transfer.
- AI-generated: Must provide the AI Provider (e.g., Suno) and a commercial-use license PDF.
Setup & Notes
Provide detailed information about your setup (OS, DAW version, main software/hardware). Use the Notes section to share insights about your creative decisions, which adds massive value for buyers looking to learn from your project file.
6 Selling Terms
Price
The work’s initial price is set in US dollars. GPW reserves the right to request a price revision if it appears inconsistent with the quality.
- Minimum price: $100
- Maximum price: $2,000
Prices must be rounded to the nearest 50 or 100 (e.g., $250 is allowed, but $249 is not).
Project file
You can choose whether or not to make the project file available for sale. Selling it adds an extra amount to your payment. Even if you choose "No", you must still upload it for our internal security verification.
Author attribution
You can decide whether your name appears in the credits as the composer/producer upon release. If you choose to remain anonymous, attribution is not required. This is irreversible after the sale.
Commission & Discounts
GPW commission depends on your producer level: it starts at 20% (you keep 80%) and improves as you level up — down to 15% (you keep 85%) at Legend. You can apply manual discounts of 15% after 1 month, and another 15% after 3 months. GPW may also run platform-wide Flash Sales.
7 A&R Tips
In today’s world – where tech and AI play a bigger role every day – authenticity and personality matter more than ever. To succeed on Ghost Producer World, your music and brand must stand out.
✅ Do's
- Show your face in your profile picture. People connect with people.
- Write with personality in your bio and product descriptions.
- Curate your visuals carefully (cover art, branding).
- Show your achievements. Link your Spotify profile, monthly streams, releases, or demos.
⚠️ Don'ts
- Don’t use low-quality AI-generated art. Generic covers make your product seem cheap.
- Don’t copy logos or impersonate other artists.
- Don’t neglect your profile. An incomplete profile makes buyers hesitate.
