Sammy Virji's new album Open Late is out now on Beatport and streaming platforms, released on October 21 with no announcement beforehand. It is self-released and follows his 2025 album Same Day Cleaning.
The eight tracks are all filed under UK Garage / Bassline on Beatport and run from 128 to 140 BPM, with most of them in a minor key. Guests include Hans Glader on 'La Belle' and Wet with Joy (Anonymous) on 'Letter Blue'. Other titles include 'Ode to Todd', 'Rising Raider', 'Diggy', 'Light Work', 'Crazy Funky' and 'Repeaty'.
Virji said the album is meant to recreate the experience of being at one of his club sets, with key changes and breakdowns that mirror moments from his live shows. He revealed the album at a last-minute pop-up party at London's 93 Feet East on the day of release. He then heads to ADE, where he plays b2b with Mochakk at The Loft on Friday and headlines the Gashouder on Saturday.
