Producers who want a release with a major-label catalogue arm can enter Phantogram's new remix contest on LabelRadar until December 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. The duo are giving out the official acapella stems of 'Funeral Pyre', the opening track of their 2016 album Three, to mark the record's 10th anniversary.
What you get
- The highest-scoring remix wins $1,000.
- The winner also gets a shot at an official release through Universal Music Enterprises. That depends on label approval and a release agreement both sides sign off on.
Rules worth knowing
- Judges score originality and creativity first, then audio production and style.
- You build an original remix around the vocals, and you have to make it yourself. AI-generated entries and uncleared samples are banned.
- Entry is open to independent musicians and producers who are adults in their own country and live in one of the territories LabelRadar lists.
