HEKATE Opens 'Angel Dust' Remix Contest for Women, Gender-Expansive Producers

If you're a woman or gender-expansive producer sitting on a hard techno remix, HEKATE Records just gave you a target. Sara Landry's label has teamed up with Sydney Blu's Change The Beat initiative and Native Instruments to open her track with Alex Farell, "Angel Dust," for remix submissions through LabelRadar.

Stems are available now, and entries close October 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. The winning remix gets consideration for an official release on HEKATE alongside a Native Instruments Komplete 15 Collector's Edition; second and third place take home Komplete 15 Ultimate and Standard. The contest is part of Change The Beat's pledge to create 300 label opportunities for women and gender-expansive artists by 2028.

For anyone already working the hard techno lane — or buying exclusive Hard Techno tracks for sale to rework — this is a rare shot at a real HEKATE release credit, not just exposure.
